Nature’s Campsites was established in 1972 by the late Peter Lazourack Sr. Purchased from the Bitgood family, Mr Lazourack envisioned a beautiful getaway where families could come enjoy the scenic ambiance this campground has to offer.

Thickly wooded with native pines and bounded by the Pachaug – one of New England’s top rivers for canoeing and fishing – Nature’s Campsites has continued to please generations of campers under the direction of his son Peter Lazourack and grandson Nathan Lazourack.
